Click on the purple arrow below to hear my interview with Jaroslov Boublik, PhD who is an international expert on hydration and one of the two brilliant developers of the Aquas. More information about the Aquas can be found at: Aquas.us
Dr. Boublik answers such questions as:
Why do we get dehydrated as we age?
Why is hydration so important to eliminate toxins?
If I add such substances to my diet such as – salt, energy drinks, coffee, tea, alcohol, colas, milk – will I be better hydrated?
A wide variety of conditions and factors are known to cause the symptoms associated with Parkinson’s disease. What is the primary cause in your case? Once a cause has been found, resources can focus on getting the treatments that can heal the cause. This is far more efficient and (I might add) far more interesting than suppressing symptoms for the rest of your life.
Most people believe that the cause can only be detected by a trained professional who must analyze results of expensive and invasive laboratory tests. Admittedly, this is the preferred approach for most people. There is another way.
Instead of assuming someone else has the expertise to figure out what is causing your symptoms, why not put your own detective hat on? It is possible to figure out what is causing your symptoms yourself.
How? The body gives us all the information we need to find the cause. The physical origin of the presenting symptom initially is a key clue in the discovery of the cause (or causes). Important information is also found by examining your feet, eyes, hair and saliva.
It is always a good idea to get a trained professional involved in your journey down the road to recovery, but why not put yourself in the driver’s seat? Figure out the likely source of symptoms yourself. In so doing, you take control over your own recovery program.
This radio show proposes a variety of methods and approaches that will give important clues as to the cause of symptoms. Some cost a few dollars. Others are free.
Want to take control over your recovery program? Listen to my program today.
Walter Mady, retired Physical Therapist and Exercise Specialist of thirty years, is my guest on the radio show today. Walter was diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease in 2008.
He currently treats his symptoms using a combination of eastern and western approaches including exercise, Ayurvedic medicine, Qigong and medications.

Kris Warren, a documentary filmmaker, is producing an exciting new film about how clinical Music Therapy and Neurologic Music Therapy are being used as options for treating symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease and many other populations.
He is also a music artist who discovered Music Therapy recently in August 2013. Kris wrote a song about how music is his therapy not knowing that Music Therapy is a viable and effective treatment option. Since that moment, he went on a journey throughout the USA interviewing experts on Music Therapy and Neurologic Music Therapy for the upcoming documentary titled Music Is My Therapy:
Kris is joined by Professor Michael Thaut from Colorado State University. Dr. Thaut’s internationally recognized research focuses on brain function in music, especially time information processing in the brain related to rhythmicity and biomedical applications of music to neurological rehabilitation of cognitive and motor functions.
Dr. Ivy Faber, ND, previews a holistic method for assessing imbalances in the body known as bioenergetic testing. The method has been in existence for over four decades. If you have been wondering what in the world is really wrong with you, this assessment offers rich insights into the imbalances in the body that are causing the symptoms that are currently experienced. I have received eight bioenergetic assessments from Dr. Faber over the past decade which have been instrumental in helping to detox.
Everyone want s to see symptoms reversed now. Not tomorrow. Not next week. Now. The model we have been taught to believe in is the following:
Make an appointment with the doctor.
Get a prescription for medicine or surgery.
Celebrate a reversal of symptoms.
The focus is on a treatment of symptoms, not on exploring the possible cause (or causes) of symptoms. We should all be thankful that the option of treating symptoms is available for Parkinson’s Disease. It has helped many people.
Not everyone benefits however. Some people experience little or no relief from taking medications for Parkinson’s or pursuing surgery.
On this show I disuss the choice between treating symptoms and exploring the cause of Parkinson’s symptoms. Which is the better choice? It depends of course. Listen to my show to know why. I also answer questions submitted by listeners.
Can Parkinsons disease be prevented or even reversed? Current medical treatments have been able to ease the symptoms, but none can even come close to being called a cure.
While a complete cure may not be available at this time, there is a treatment that can slow down, stop, and even reverse many of the symptoms of the disease. This treatment does not rely on drugs, surgery, or any medical treatment. It is based on diet.
The key element of this diet is coconut, more specifically, coconut oil. A coconut oil based diet has proven to be highly effective in stopping and reversing a number of neurodegenerative conditions including epilepsy, Alzheimers, ALS, and Parkinsons.
This radio show celebrates the tenth anniversary of Parkinsons Recovery which was founded in 2004. Ten years of research into the factors that cause the symptoms of Parkinsons Disease and the therapies that help reverse them have revealed ten secrets into what it really takes to reverse the symptoms.
These were all secrets to me 10 years ago so it is a good guess they are secrets to you now. All are revealed in this radio to celebrate 10 years of offering support and resources to persons who currently experience the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.
